Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the CSA Recruits platform, operated by CSA Recruits, LLC. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Who may use CSA Recruits
CSA Recruits is built for high school and transfer athletes pursuing college recruiting. If you are under 18, you may use the platform only with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the platform.
The minimum age, the form of parental consent and the responsibilities of a parent or guardian must be set by counsel before launch.
Your account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
- One account per athlete. Do not share an account or create one on someone else’s behalf without authority to do so.
- Tell us promptly at info@csarecruits.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
What the platform does — and what it does not promise
CSA Recruits provides tools: a ranked school list, match and fit assessments, drafted outreach messages, recruiting graphics, and organization for camps, offers and commitments.
CSA Recruits does not recruit on your behalf and does not promise any recruiting outcome. We do not guarantee that you will be contacted by any coach, receive any offer, be admitted to any institution, or receive any athletic or academic scholarship. Recruiting decisions belong entirely to college programs.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of the NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA or any college, university or athletic program.
Eligibility rules are your responsibility
Athletic associations impose rules on recruiting communications, amateurism and eligibility, and those rules change. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform — including the messages you send and when you send them — complies with the rules that apply to you. Nothing in the platform is compliance advice.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload or write, including your photographs, video, profile information and messages.
You grant CSA Recruits a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt and display your content strictly for the purpose of operating the platform for you — for example, to store your photographs, cut them out and composite them into a recruiting graphic, and show that graphic back to you.
You confirm that you have the rights to what you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. Do not upload footage you do not have permission to use, or images of other people who have not agreed to appear.
This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already distributed at your direction and for copies in backups until they age out.
AI-generated content
School rankings, outreach drafts and the wording on your recruiting graphics are generated by large language models. Model output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable, and it may misstate facts about a school or about you.
Everything is presented for your review and is editable before use. You are responsible for what you send. Check the facts in any message before it goes to a coach.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent your identity, academic record, athletic performance or eligibility.
- Upload unlawful, harassing, defamatory or infringing content.
- Use the platform to send spam or bulk unsolicited messages.
- Attempt to access another user’s account or data.
- Probe, scan, disrupt or overload the platform, or attempt to circumvent its security or access controls.
- Scrape, republish or resell platform data, or use it to build a competing service.
- Use automated means to access the platform except as we expressly permit.
Subscriptions and billing
- CSA Recruits offers a free plan and a paid plan. The features of each are described on the pricing page.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time by contacting us at info@csarecruits.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and there is no long-term commitment and no cancellation penalty.
- If you are not completely satisfied within your first 30 days, we will refund your payment in full.
- Cancel before deleting your account. Deleting your account removes our records of your subscription but does not by itself stop billing at the payment provider.
- Payment is processed by our payment provider. Prices are shown exclusive of any taxes that may apply.
- We may change prices on notice; a change does not affect the period you have already paid for.
Third-party services
The platform depends on third-party services for identity, hosting, storage, email delivery, AI processing and payments. Their availability is not under our control, and interruptions in those services may interrupt the platform.
Deleting your account and termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is confirmed by email and is irreversible; what we erase is described in the Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, or where we are required to do so by law. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will give notice.
Disclaimers
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any content it generates is accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSA Recruits, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost recruiting opportunities, lost scholarships, lost data or lost profits.
The specific liability cap, the governing law and the dispute-resolution mechanism — including whether arbitration or a class-action waiver applies — must be set by counsel before launch, and are deliberately left unstated here rather than guessed.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above and give notice of material changes through the platform or by email. Continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
