Athletes
CSA Recruits is an all-in-one, AI-powered recruiting platform designed to help high school and transfer athletes manage coach communication, recruiting-related social media, and outreach planning in one organized system.
Most recruiting services either sell you a static database of coach contacts or charge a premium for one-on-one advising. CSA puts both into software you control: it helps you find schools that actually fit, drafts personalized outreach, and keeps every conversation and next step organized in one place — so you run your own recruiting instead of paying someone else to run it for you.
You tell CSA about your sport, academics, level, and preferences, and it compares that profile against a wide range of college programs to surface schools where you're a realistic fit — academically, athletically, and personally. It's a research starting point rather than a guarantee, and the matches sharpen as you complete more of your profile.
CSA is built for high school and transfer athletes across a broad range of sports, and it covers programs at every college level — from NCAA Divisions I, II, and III to NAIA and junior colleges. The aim is to help you find the right fit at any level, not only the most competitive one.
Yes. Your profile information is used to power your own recruiting tools — school matches, outreach, and graphics — and is never sold. You decide what to share with coaches, and you can update or remove your information at any time.
Create a free account, build your athlete profile, and CSA will start surfacing schools that fit and help you plan your outreach. The more complete your profile, the better your matches and personalized messages become.
Have your basics ready — sport and position, graduation year, academic information, key stats or measurables, and any highlight footage. Start with what you have and fill in the rest over time; nothing has to be perfect on day one.
No — and you should be wary of any service that does. Recruiting decisions are made by college coaches based on your talent, academics, and fit. CSA gives you the tools, organization, and outreach to present yourself well and reach more of the right programs, but offers are earned on the field and in the classroom.
Yes. Instead of blasting the same message to every coach, CSA drafts outreach tailored to each program using your profile and details about that school. You review and edit every message before it is sent, so it always sounds like you.
Upgrading unlocks the full recruiting toolkit — deeper school matching, personalized outreach, recruiting graphics, and the planning and tracking tools that keep your whole recruiting process in one place. See the pricing page for exactly what each plan includes.
Parents
Recruiting works best as a team effort. CSA keeps everything — school matches, coach outreach, deadlines, and progress — in one place you can follow along with, so you can support your athlete's decisions without having to manage every detail yourself.
CSA is designed for high school athletes and transfers. Younger athletes can start early by building a profile and learning how recruiting works, but the outreach tools become most useful once you're within the recruiting window for your sport and graduation year.
Yes, with a parent account of their own. Your athlete invites you from Settings in CSA Recruits, and the link in that email lets you create a free parent login — no need to share the athlete's password. The parent dashboard is a read-only view of their profile, school list, offers, upcoming camps and weekly plan. For an athlete under 18, it is also where you approve coach visibility and any use of their commitment story in CSA's marketing.
Coaches
Yes. Many coaches point their athletes to CSA to keep recruiting organized across a whole roster. Each athlete owns their profile and outreach, so you can stay focused on developing players while they handle the administrative side of getting recruited.
CSA helps athletes draft and organize outreach to college programs, but every message is sent and owned by the athlete. It's a tool for staying professional and consistent — not a service that contacts coaches on anyone's behalf.
